You know the first you visit Knott's Berry Farm with your kids and you introduce them to the Peanuts it is a magical moment. You introduce them to the movies during the Holidays with It's a Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown and A Charlie Brown Christmas. Your kids laugh as Snoopy takes to the skies. Finally The Peanuts Movie is here this weekend and as a family you can see them on the big screen. Last weekend I had the chance to meet with the stars of the movie.
The message that the stars said about the movie is that it is for kids and adults. What we see in ourselves is not necessarily what others see. Charlie Brown seems to think he is a loser and nobody would like him, but in the end he realizes that others think of him differently and they like who he is. Myself personally has a little bit of Charlie Brown in me. I have had my failures and have had those awkward moments that Charlie Brown has. The best thing about Charlie Brown is that he keeps trying and doesn't give up.
I know my kids love riding the Flying Ace in Camp Snoopy. When they saw the trailer of Snoopy taking to the skies to chase the Red Baron they wanted to go to the theater and see the movie! Now it is finally happening this weekend!
My favorite of the day was meeting local Hadley Belle Miller who provides of Lucy. Hadley is from Southern California and she enjoyed playing Lucy. Her favorite scene is when Lucy pulls away the football, of course a classic! You might bump into Hadley at Knott's Berry Farm as she told me her family is a Season Pass Holder! What are her favorite rides? Silver Bullet, Xcelerator, and Supreme Xtreme! Love this girl!
We are so excited to have our kids see the Peanuts Movie on the big screen and then run around Knott's Berry Farm and see all the characters from the movie! See you at the movies!
