Every September Johnny Rockets has a #ShakeMonth where they create new flavors that would be featured for some time at participating restaurants. This year we were invited to get a sneak peek at these new shakes coming out.
The Reese's Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake is made from real Reese's Peanut Butter Cups! The hand-spun shakes are made with premium ice cream. This shake is topped with whipped cream, Reese's Pieces, and of course Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. What I learned from blogger friend, KindaSillyMommy, is that they do not mix the cups or the machine with other shakes. So for those of you like my son with a peanut allergy you will be happy that they take the extra precaution.
The Goosebumps Shake, coming to participating restaurants this September 21st, is made out of premium vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, milk, and mixed with Oreos. Topped with whipped cream, an Oreo, and colorful gummy worms. This one will be a sure favorite for your kids. I loved it and so did my boys. Tasting the chunks of oreos was a delight.
Of course we had to have our hamburger, fries, and onion rings paired with our shake! We love how Johnny Rockets creates these fun ketchup faces for our boys. They couldn't wait to destroy these faces with fries.
