Spend a day filled with sunshine, laughter, music and community at the Live Oak Music Festival, held Father’s Day weekend, June 13-15. Head to the beautiful Santa Ynez Mountains for Friday, Saturday, Sunday or the entire weekend to enjoy live music, fun activities and entertainment for adults and kids of all ages. For those who want to stay awhile, camping passes are available (camping passes often sell out, so pre-purchase is recommended).
Held at the shade-covered Live Oak Camp—a short drive from lodging in Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez and Solvang for the non-camping types—the Father's Day weekend event offers up a fun-filled, unforgettable experience.
With as many as 14 live performances each day, musical acts from an array of genres will perform on three separate stages throughout each day—from 2:00 p.m. to midnight on Friday; 8:00 a.m. to midnight on Saturday; and 8:00 a.m. to 10:15 p.m. on Sunday—providing day-pass guests and campers with every opportunity to dance, clap and sway to the beat.
Kids will be well entertained with arts and crafts, puppet shows, a talent show and more.
Day-trippers need not worry about packing food as the food court offers a feast of Greek, Indian, Chinese and Thai cuisine, southern specialties, pizza, vegetarian and vegan dishes, smoothies, coffee, kettle corn, and popsicles, to name a few choices available for purchase.
